General Terms

EasifyNow provides an online service available at https://easifynow.com. These terms apply between the individual user and EasifyNow.

These terms and conditions apply to agreements between EasifyNow and one physical person (hereinafter "the User") regarding the Service.

Only persons who are 18 years or older can enter into an agreement with EasifyNow regarding the Service.

These Conditions collectively constitute the agreement in force between the User and EasifyNow.

To access the Service, the User must read and accept the terms of trade.

Payment terms

For concurrent subscriptions the payment is due when the subscription renews. For manual invoices the payment deadline is 8 days unless otherwise agreed. For payment after due date, interest of 0.70% per month started, plus a fee of 100.00 DKK will be charged.

Scope of Services

The Service gives the User access to EasifyNow's services, which are invoiced monthly in advance. Additional purchases in the form of text content are added to the invoice and invoiced monthly in arrears.

Access to Service

To access the Service, the User must register a user account on the portal.

Full Service

If the user uses the Full Service version of EasifyNow, a started campaign cannot be stopped or refunded before it is completed.

Loyalty Publications

Loyalty publications are only given to customers who pay with payment card.

Submitted Content and Images

When using EasifyNow, you are subject to applicable legislation, including Marketing Law, Trademark Law, and applicable Copyright Law. EasifyNow and affiliated partners only approve the quality of the published content. When publishing articles, advertisements, text, and image/video material via our services, you as a subscriber can and will therefore be held accountable for any violation of applicable laws and regulations.

It is forbidden to link to websites about, or write about, gaming and CBD. Content of this nature will be deleted without prior notice, and there will also be no notice that it has been removed. It is only allowed to publish content in the correct language for the specific site. Cross language posting is not allowed.

It is also not permitted to use our service with spun content. Text spinning is a technique where you can create multiple variations with one text that appears unique but is not. Such content is removed immediately it is discovered by either our system or through review. No replacement link is offered, and your user access may be closed without any form of refund.

For any text ordered from EasifyNow, it is applicable that the ordere ensures that the rules are complied with, as the writers can only check copyright to a limited extent.

Our writers only screen the websites linked to content to a limited extent and therefore cannot be held responsible for any legal violations.

For ordered text that violates the rules regarding gambling, gaming, casino, and CBD, the ordere is held responsible and will not be compensated.

It generally applies that if content is deemed harmful to EasifyNow's network, it can be removed without notice and without offering a replacement link. All submitted text must be of good and unique quality.

Any violation of applicable legislation and any claims from companies that can prove use of protected trademarks on any domain owned by or registered with EasifyNow, or in any published material, will result in a demand for payment of all costs in connection with any disputes, claims for compensation, and lawful measures. We reserve the right to charge a case handling fee of 995.00 DKK to send a notification of violation of the law to any subscriber.

EasifyNow may remove content from the websites at any time.

EasifyNow uses Pexels.com and their images. However, EasifyNow and Link Concept ApS cannot be held responsible for any compensation claims.

Registration, User Access & Permissions

The User is responsible for storing their login information securely so that others cannot gain access to it. Should a 3rd party gain access to information, the registered user is liable for compensation. The compensation corresponds to the subscription price for the number of users who have had access to the account. This also applies if information is deliberately shared. The account is private and may thus only be used by the account owner.

It is not permitted to use Link Concept's domains or user access to create competing businesses or publicly offer links from Link Concept's network.

It is forbidden to share the list of domain publication possibilities with 3rd parties.

Fees and Payment

Fees for using the Service must be paid in accordance with the price list in force at any time which is available on the website.

The User must make payment for the services via the payment methods offered by EasifyNow on the website. The User undertakes to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds available via the selected payment method on each payment date.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a fee of 150 DKK + VAT will be added to each invoice.

Commitment Period

Commitment is only for the current subscription period. The termination must thus have been made before a new period starts. If there are planned publications or ordered texts with publication that lie after the end of the period, the subscription cannot be terminated until the planned publications lie within the current period.

Adjustments and Changes

EasifyNow reserves the right to change subscription prices and other conditions for the Service. The change must be communicated to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In case of such changes, the user is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect.

If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, it shall be regarded as acceptance of the change. Changes that are obvious to the User's advantage apply immediately without the right of termination for the User.

Payment

Link Concept ApS accepts online payments with: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, as well as bank transfer.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are exclusive to VAT.

Link Concept ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Subscription Cancellation and Downgrade

Cancellation of the Service can take place at the end of the payment period of 1 month from the last payment. To terminate your agreement, you must use the link indicated on the front page or contact Link Concept ApS via email or contact form. If you cancel your subscription, the publications that have not yet been used will disappear; the same applies to a downgrade of the subscription.

Right of Withdrawal

A request to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to contact@easifynow.com. In the message, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.

The right of withdrawal lapses upon use of the service, and there is no right of withdrawal upon renewal of the subscription.

There is no right of withdrawal for purchases as a business.

Online Guarantee

EasifyNow provides a guarantee that your publications, and thus your links, will remain online for a minimum period of 3 years. If a link disappears, we offer a replacement option, but not if the link disappears after the 3-year period.

This guarantee is forfeited, however, if it is content that is removed due to copyright infringement or upon assessment of spun content.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others; they are only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

For you to enter into an agreement with EasifyNow, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• VAT number (for business)

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the service to you. The personal information is registered with EasifyNow and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so that you are informed about precisely which information is collected and why.

The director and employees of EasifyNow have access to the information registered about you.

The data controller for EasifyNow is Tim Petersson.

As registered with EasifyNow, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under applicable data protection law, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to contact@easifynow.com.

Cookies

On https://easifynow.com cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality and thereby making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

Log Statistics

We use log statistics on https://easifynow.com, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing EasifyNow's website.

Complaint Possibilities

Complaints about products can be sent to relevant consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction.

For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaints platform: ec.europa.eu

When complaining, our email address must be stated: contact@easifynow.com as well as the website you purchased the product from.

Disclaimer of Liability

EasifyNow and Link Concept ApS cannot be held responsible for loss of positions in search engines after using our service or de-indexing of sites due to content that does not comply with our and Google's guidelines.

EasifyNow uses Pexels.com and their images. We credit the photographer and Pexels themselves on all images. However, EasifyNow and Link Concept ApS cannot be held responsible for any compensation claims.

If EasifyNow is held liable for content published by the client EasifyNow can make a claim against the client for the damages.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the permanent nature of link placements, we do not offer refunds for completed work. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your website and business.
• Ensure your website complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us of any changes to your website or business.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Manipulate search engines through black-hat SEO techniques.
• Reselling our services without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, logos, and materials on our website are owned by EasifyNow and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7.2 Client Content

By providing content to us, you grant EasifyNow a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and publish that content for the purpose of delivering our services.

8. Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EasifyNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic increases.
• We are not responsible for search engine algorithm changes or penalties.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EasifyNow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate our services at any time with 30 days' written notice. You will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

12.2 Termination by EasifyNow

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you:

• Violate these terms
• Fail to pay invoices
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false or misleading information

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or technical failures.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasifyNow regarding the use of our services.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
