Subscription Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

These Subscription Terms of Service ("Subscription Terms") apply exclusively to recurring subscription services provided by EasifyNow, operated by Link Concept ApS (CVR 42069221), Udbyhøjvej 64, 8940 Randers NØ, Denmark.

By purchasing or maintaining a subscription to EasifyNow, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Scope and Applicability

These Subscription Terms apply only to recurring subscription plans offered through https://easifynow.com.

They do not apply to:

  • One-time purchases
  • Standalone content orders
  • Custom agreements unless explicitly stated

In case of conflict between these Subscription Terms and other general terms, these Subscription Terms shall prevail for subscription services.

2. Eligibility

Subscriptions may only be purchased by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Business subscriptions must be purchased by authorized representatives.

3. Subscription Plans

EasifyNow offers subscription plans that provide access to recurring services such as:

  • Link placements
  • Campaign management
  • Publication credits
  • Access to platform features

The specific services included in each subscription are described on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Subscription Period & Renewal

4.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize EasifyNow to charge the selected payment method at each renewal date.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa/Dankort
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Visa Electron
  • Maestro
  • Bank transfer (subject to additional fee)

5.2 Bank Transfer Fee

If payment is made via bank transfer, a fee of 150 DKK + VAT per invoice applies.

5.3 Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date:

  • Interest of 0.70% per month (commenced month) may be charged
  • A reminder fee of 100 DKK may be added
  • Services may be suspended until payment is received

Continued failure to pay may result in termination of the subscription.

6. Commitment & Cancellation

6.1 No Long-Term Commitment

Subscriptions are binding only for the current billing period.

6.2 Cancellation

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

Cancellation can be made:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Unused publication credits or placements will expire upon cancellation or downgrade.

7. Refund Policy (Subscriptions)

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused credits
  • Automatic renewals not cancelled before renewal date

If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 7 days of billing.

8. Right of Withdrawal

For consumers residing in the EU:

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only until the subscription service has been activated or used.

Once access to the subscription platform has been granted and/or services initiated, the right of withdrawal lapses.

There is no right of withdrawal for business customers.

Subscription renewals do not create a new right of withdrawal.

9. Full Service Campaigns Under Subscription

If a subscription includes Full Service campaigns:

  • Started campaigns cannot be paused, cancelled, or refunded once initiated.
  • If cancellation occurs while a campaign is active, the subscription remains active until the campaign is completed or invoiced.

10. User Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain secure login credentials
  • Not share account access
  • Not resell access without written permission
  • Not use the service for illegal, unethical, or prohibited purposes

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

11. Prohibited Content

Subscribers may not use subscription services to:

  • Promote gambling, gaming, casino, or CBD content
  • Publish spun or AI-manipulated duplicate content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Promote illegal activities or harmful content
  • Manipulate search engines using black-hat SEO

Content violating these rules may be removed without notice and without replacement.

Repeated violations may result in termination of subscription access.

12. Online Guarantee (Subscription Publications)

Publications made under an active subscription are guaranteed to remain online for a minimum of 3 years.

If a link is removed within the guarantee period:

  • A replacement will be offered
  • No monetary refund will be provided

This guarantee does not apply if removal occurs due to:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Spun content
  • Legal violations

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension

We may suspend access immediately if:

  • Payment is overdue
  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal or prohibited content is submitted

13.2 Termination by EasifyNow

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions immediately if you:

  • Violate these Subscription Terms
  • Provide false information
  • Use the service for prohibited purposes

No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to breach.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • EasifyNow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee ranking improvements, traffic increases, or SEO performance.
  • We are not responsible for search engine penalties or algorithm updates.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

15. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or terms.

Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before material changes take effect.

If you do not cancel before the effective date, continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
