Link building just got a lot easier. We listened to the feedback that creating links through a platform could feel like a chore: find a domain, write the article, find an image, pick a category, submit. So we removed the chore. EasifyNow (formerly nemlinkbuilding) now has an MCP server, which means you can run your whole link building workflow from a chat window in ChatGPT or Claude.

The headline sounds technical, but the idea is simple. You describe what you want in plain language, the AI assistant does the work inside your EasifyNow account, and the article goes live on one of the 1,200+ websites in our network. Here is what it does, what it costs, and how to set it up.

What is an MCP server?

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude connect to outside tools and services in a safe, structured way. Think of it as a USB-C port for AI: once a service exposes an MCP server, any assistant that supports MCP can plug into it.

The EasifyNow MCP server lives at https://mcp.easifynow.com/mcp. When you connect it, you log in with your normal EasifyNow account, and the assistant can then find link domains, write an article, pick a featured image and submit the article for publication, exactly as if you had done it yourself in the app. The server uses the same public API as the app, so nothing happens that you could not also do manually.

What you can ask ChatGPT to do

Once the plugin is set up, you simply tell the assistant what you want. A single article is one sentence:

Example prompt

Write a 1,000-word article about [topic], find the best suited domain in EasifyNow that does not already link to example.com, and publish the article there. Find a suitable image via EasifyNow yourself, and choose the most relevant category on the domain to publish in.

A full campaign is only slightly longer:

Example prompt

Find the 20 pages on example.com that rank best in Google (or use this list of URLs I want links to), and then find 20 domains in EasifyNow that do not already link to example.com. Write 20 articles that match the keyword each page ranks for, find a matching image in EasifyNow for each one, and publish the articles one day apart in the best suited category on each domain. Every article must be at least 1,000 words and have at least two paragraphs under every heading, each paragraph 150 words or more.

The assistant then works through the steps on its own: it asks EasifyNow for domains that do not yet link to your site, picks a category on each domain, writes the articles, searches for featured images, and submits each article with a publish date. Before anything is published, it shows you what it is about to do and asks you to confirm.

Run it on a schedule

You can also take yourself out of the loop entirely. Set up an agent that runs every day at a fixed time, writes one article, picks the target URL from a list you gave it (or chooses one itself from your domain), and publishes it on a domain from the network. Any agent that can run on a schedule and speaks MCP can do this, so a steady stream of new links becomes a background process rather than a weekly task.

What happens behind the scenes

The MCP server exposes a small set of tools. The assistant decides which ones to call based on your request, and you can see every call it makes.

Tool What it does
find_domains Finds publisher domains in the network, with filters for category, country code, type and, most importantly, domains that do not already link to your site. The same list you see on the Domains page.
get_domain_categories Lists the WordPress categories available on a specific domain, so the article lands in the right place.
search_images Searches for a featured image through EasifyNow's image library. Every article needs one.
validate_content Checks an article against the writing rules and the quality gate without using a credit.
submit_content Submits the article with title, content, category, featured image and an optional publish date. This is the only step that uses a credit.
get_submission Returns the status of a submission and the published URL once the article is live.

Built-in quality rules

The server also enforces writing rules before anything reaches the platform. By default an article must be at least 800 words long, every heading must be followed by at least two paragraphs, and every paragraph must be at least 150 words. If the assistant breaks a rule, the submission is rejected with a list of what went wrong, no credit is used, and the assistant rewrites and tries again. On top of that, EasifyNow's normal quality checks still apply: a maximum of three external links, the correct language for the domain, and no duplicate content.

Your account, your approval

Publishing is a write action, so ChatGPT asks you to confirm before an article is submitted. Nothing goes live without you saying yes, and nothing is submitted without a featured image.

What does it cost?

Nothing beyond what it would otherwise have cost to publish the article. A submission made through the MCP server uses one regular submission credit from your EasifyNow account, exactly like a submission made in the app. There is no surcharge for the MCP access, no extra subscription, and no per-call fee. We decided not to charge anything at all for making it this easy, at least for now.

If you do not have an account yet, you can see the plans on the pricing page. Credits you already have work straight away.

How to add EasifyNow as a personal plugin in ChatGPT

You can connect your own MCP server to ChatGPT and use its tools directly in conversations. In ChatGPT a custom MCP server is added as a personal plugin. The whole setup takes about two minutes.

Step 1: Open the plugin settings

  1. Open ChatGPT in your web browser.
  2. Navigate to Plugins in the sidebar.
  3. Click the + button.
  4. Select Add custom MCP server.

Step 2: Configure the MCP server

  1. Enter a name for your plugin, such as EasifyNow.
  2. Optionally, add a description explaining what the server does, for example "Find link domains, write articles and publish them with my EasifyNow account".
  3. Under Connection, enter the server's public HTTPS endpoint: https://mcp.easifynow.com
  4. Select the authentication method supported by the server: OAuth.
  5. Review the security warning and check I understand and want to continue. The warning is shown for every custom MCP server and is expected.
  6. Click Create as a plugin.

ChatGPT connects to the server and discovers the tools it exposes.

Step 3: Authenticate and connect

  1. Follow the OAuth authorization process that opens.
  2. Sign in with the e-mail and password you use for app.easifynow.com.
  3. Approve the requested permissions.
  4. Complete the connection process.

Once authentication succeeds, ChatGPT can use the tools exposed by the EasifyNow MCP server, subject to the permissions you granted. No password and no API key is stored in ChatGPT: the login uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, and you can revoke access at any time by removing the plugin.

Step 4: Use your personal plugin

  1. Install the plugin if prompted.
  2. Start a new ChatGPT conversation.
  3. Type @ in the message field.
  4. Select EasifyNow from the list.
  5. Enter a prompt that uses the MCP server's functionality.
Example prompt

@EasifyNow Find available publisher domains that are relevant to home improvement and gardening.

ChatGPT will use the MCP server's available tools to process your request. From here on you can write prompts like the campaign examples above, and ChatGPT asks for confirmation before every submission.

Important notes

  • Your ChatGPT account or workspace must have permission to create plugins with MCP servers.
  • Custom MCP server connections are currently supported on ChatGPT web for eligible Business and Enterprise/Edu workspaces.
  • Creating a personal plugin does not automatically publish it for other users in your workspace.
  • Each user may need to authenticate separately, since the connection is tied to the EasifyNow account that logs in.

Prefer Claude? It works there too

The same server works with any MCP client. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector and enter https://mcp.easifynow.com/mcp. The EasifyNow login page opens automatically. If you use Claude Code in the terminal, one command is enough:

claude mcp add --transport http easifynow https://mcp.easifynow.com/mcp

Tips for better results

  • Name the target URL and keyword. "A link to example.com/blue-widgets for the keyword blue widgets" gives a far better article than "a link to my site".
  • Ask for domains that do not already link to you. This is the single most useful filter, and the assistant will use it when you ask.
  • Set the length and structure. The server enforces minimums, but telling the assistant "1,000 words, two paragraphs per heading" up front avoids a rewrite.
  • Spread the publish dates. For a batch of articles, ask for one article per day (or every other day) so new links appear at a natural pace.
  • Check the status later. Ask "What is the status of my latest submissions?" at any time to get the published URLs.

Give it a try

Adding the plugin takes about two minutes, the first article takes one prompt, and it costs you nothing beyond the credit you would have used anyway. If you run into trouble with the setup, contact us and we will help you get connected.
